AutoCharge is a technology that enables EVs to automatically initiate and manage the charging process without the need for human intervention & additional steps. It leverages communication between the EV and charging infrastructure, allowing for a streamlined and hassle-free charging experience.
Add your EV to the app, simply enter or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and your plate in the Vehicles section.
If you’re not already a user, start by downloading the Velocicharge APP.
Don’t plug your car.
First, go to the auto-charge menu, you will find the list of vehicles (added by the user). Now, select the vehicle to activate the auto charge.
Follow the steps and plug the car. Once plugged in, your EV communicates its unique identifier to Velocicharge, which we then link to your Velocicharge account. Now, you’re completely set up!

AutoPay allows to automatically add funds to your velocicharge app wallet to help streamline the charging process without the need for additional steps. Your account will now have the necessary balance to automatically complete your recharge.
Starting September 27, 2023 and aligned with the software transition, we’re significantly changing how we operate. We introduce Idle fees or Penalty Fees, they are the same and are here, not as a burden, but as a way forward. They’re not just rules but our commitment to a smoother charging experience.

You will receive a notification when your car is ready.
You will receive a notification when your car is ready. .You will given 15 minutes of grace period to remove your car from the EVSE space.
After the grace period ends you will receive a notification indicating the penalty charges have begun. Rate: up to $2 per minute.
Simply go to your preferred station, tap on it, and select “Add to Favorites or touch the hearth symbol.” You can then easily find and navigate to your favorite stations.
You can manage your notification preferences in the app settings. You’ll receive alerts for session updates, station availability, and more.
Your charging history and data from ChargeLab will not be transferred to the Velocicharge App. However, our new software will provide you with a detailed transaction history and additional features.
