What happened?
On Nov 19, the Cybersecurity Newsletter platform reported an alleged data breach from our database. We are aware of claims regarding unauthorized access to our systems. We take all such claims seriously and have immediately initiated our incident response protocols.

As Velocicharge customer, Do I need to worry? - NO
Can I continue using the fast charger network? - YES
We want to reiterate that this incident does not involve any API data breach or unauthorized access to system-level security functions. Our goal is to continue offering a reliable network. Users can continue utilizing the Velocicharge network as usual without any disruptions or concerns.
What are we doing to prevent situations like this?
While this was an isolated event, we are conducting an in-depth security audit to review and enhance our protocols to prevent pre sensive riscurenses in the prove. This classification, and the implementation of enhanced controls to mitigate similar risks moving forward.
