Terms & Conditions – CFC Coupons

I M P O R T A N T

These Complementary Free Charge (“CFC”) Coupon Terms & Conditions (“Coupon Terms”) govern the issuance, activation, and use of CFC coupons offered by Velocicharge LLC (“Velocicharge”). These Coupon Terms are supplemental to and form part of Velocicharge’s General Terms & Conditions (“General T&C”). In the event of any conflict, these Coupon Terms shall govern exclusively with respect to CFC coupons.

These Complementary Free Charge (“CFC”) Coupon Terms & Conditions (“Coupon Terms”) govern the issuance, activation, and use of CFC coupons offered by Velocicharge LLC (“Velocicharge”). These Coupon Terms are supplemental to and form part of Velocicharge’s General Terms & Conditions (“General T&C”). In the event of any conflict, these Coupon Terms shall govern exclusively with respect to CFC coupons.

Eligible Charging Stations
CFC coupons may only be redeemed at public charging stations operated by the Velocicharge network, including but not limited to: Plaza Las Américas (East and North), Plaza Isabela, Plaza Fajardo, Courtyard Aguadilla, Hyundai Guaynabo, Plaza Cayey, Outlets 66 Mall, The Outlets at Montehiedra, Shops at Caguas, Céntrico Mall, Plaza del Caribe, and any other public charging station designated by Velocicharge from time to time.
Coupon Activation & Expiration
A CFC coupon becomes active only when redeemed and activated within the Velocicharge App. Once activated, the coupon balance expires 365 days (one year) from the activation date, unless a shorter expiration period is expressly stated in writing at the time of issuance. Any unused balance after expiration is forfeited and cannot be recovered, transferred, or refunded.
Wallet Minimum Balance Requirement
To activate and use a CFC coupon, the user must maintain an active Velocicharge account with a minimum wallet balance of $20.00 USD. This balance is required to cover service fees, connection charges, idle fees, or penalties. These charges are not deducted from the CFC coupon balance.
Notifications
Users will receive automated email notifications when a CFC coupon balance is fully consumed or when the coupon expires. Failure to receive notifications does not extend or modify expiration terms.
Coupon Code & Uniqueness
Each CFC coupon code is unique. Once activated, the code is deactivated and cannot be reused. Only one active CFC coupon per account is permitted unless expressly authorized by Velocicharge.
Vehicle & Eligibility Restrictions
CFC coupons are issued for use with a specific vehicle as configured or approved by the issuing dealership or business. Coupons may not be transferred to another vehicle or reconfigured after activation.
Non-Transferability & No Cash Value
CFC coupons are non-transferable, non-assignable, may not be sold, and have no cash value.
No Refunds
No cash refunds will be issued for unused CFC balances. Exceptions may apply only at Velocicharge’s sole discretion and must be approved in writing.
Proper Use & Account Suspension
Velocicharge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and revoke coupon access in cases of fraud, theft, vandalism, violence, or misuse of charging stations. These actions are governed by the General Terms & Conditions.
Expired Coupons
Once expired, unused CFC balances are permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered or transferred.
Modifications
Velocicharge reserves the right to modify or discontinue the CFC program at any time, subject to applicable law.
Claims, Assistance & Official Communication Channels.

Any questions, claims, or requests for assistance related to the Complementary Free Charge (CFC) program must be submitted through Velocicharge’s official customer service channels.

Velocicharge will provide guidance and instructions for submitting and processing any claim.
Claims submitted through unofficial channels, including social media, third-party platforms, or charging station hosts, may not be reviewed or processed.

Failure to contact Velocicharge through the official channels does not suspend, extend, or modify any coupon expiration, usage limits, or conditions established in these Coupon Terms or in the General Terms & Conditions.
